about
THE PRACTITIONER
I came to this work during my own long-term healing from extensive childhood trauma. Untangling my history from present experience, chronic pain accumulated. And somewhere in tending to the pain, I began to believe that I had more to offer, to myself and my community. So I trained, studied, honed my skills + intuition. CST changed the course of my life and in answering what felt like a calling, the training bolstered my healing which broadened my learning. I saw how my body was contracted around old harms + protections, and within those places found a readiness—to interrupt the lineage of wounds, to soften + shed the stored impact.
Our somatic and emotional experiences are interconnected—we heal one alongside the other. Part of healing is engaging with our vulnerability, recognizing our resilience, metabolizing what’s no longer needed, and finding room to understand + inhabit ourselves more fully.
It's a real honor to witness + be part of this process for others. I am particularly committed to offering a safe healing space for queer + trans + nonbinary people and anyone carrying trauma of any kind.
I studied craniosacral therapy at the CST-Alliance in Rochester, NH and massage therapy at the Green Mountain Institute for Integrative Therapy in Bennington, VT. I passed the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards’ national licensing exam, and officially opened this practice in 2017. I am a Certified member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and a Certified Practitioner of the CST-Alliance. Many gifted mentors continually inspire and advance my growth and learning.
Living here on this Abenaki land, I'm grateful to tend a small patch of perennial gardens in support of pollinators, ecosystems, and learning from plant wisdom which to me is heart medicine.

My work with individuals is anchored in collective healing, social justice, racial equity, decolonization + reparation, and the ongoing commitment these movements require. One small part of that commitment is designating a portion of my services + income annually to BIPOC-centered healing + land sovereignty organizations. Lifting up the work of a few: Community Resilience Organizations, Migrant Justice, Northeast Farmers of Color Land Trust, The Root Social Justice Center, SUSU Community Farm, and The Embodiment Institute.
